The Trainers Deborah has a degree in education, a Tasmanian Teaching Certificate and over 20 years proven experience in preparation and presentation of education packages in diverse areas to a wide range of participants. She has worked in Tasmania and Queensland as an educator training young people, industry professionals, community members, education and health professionals. David, as part of his Licentiate in Theology (LTh), was trained in counselling, group-work, management and leadership skills. David's work since 1980 has included training adults and youth in group-work and leadership skills, and managing small organizations. He has worked in South Australia and Tasmania as an educator; preparing, teaching and facilitating groups in communication and conflict resolution practices. He has prepared and delivered training packages within the industry sector. Both Deborah and David hold the Bachelor of Social Work degree.
